Exchange Policy
An exchange can occur only in the instances of:
- Requested sizing is not correct and you would like the same item in a different size
In order to exchange, you must repurchase the item you would like to exchange for as a separate order. After this order is complete a reimbursement of your past order will be processed through, this will typically take place within in 5-7 business days.
Exchanges can only be processed within 10 days of package being delivered. After 10 days exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED. Customers are expected to cover the cost of all exchange processing fees within the 10 day timeframe.
NO exchanges on sale items. Exchanges do not apply to worn & torn items. Garment care instructions must have been followed and tag must still be intact.
